Things to Do in Winter Garden

This is a city that encourages you to go out and do something. In fact, the West Orange Trail cuts across the neighborhood. You can’t miss it since it’s right there in the middle of Plant Street. You can ride a bike and follow the 22-mile path starting from Killarney and ending at Apopka.

There are also community parks where many people seem to enjoy, especially on the weekends.

Aside from the historic downtown district, there’s also the farmers market, which has been cited as one of the best in Florida for a long time now. There are numerous attractions right in Winter Garden. For instance, the Central Florida Railroad Museum will take you through the history of the American railroad. The exhibit is free. The Winter Garden Heritage Museum, meanwhile, pays tribute to the citrus industry which this town was built on.
